Twig Software Solutions Private Limited ("Twig", "we", "us") is responsible for personal data collected through this website. This notice explains what we collect, why we use it, who receives it, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights under applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, as their provisions come into force.
Data and purpose
If you submit the contact form, we collect only the information you enter: first and last name, company (if provided), email, phone number (if provided), service interest, message, the page from which you sent the form, and your consent record (time and notice version). We use these details to receive, respond to, and manage your enquiry and to keep a record of your consent. We do not use contact form details for advertising or sell them.
Our hosting and security systems may separately process technical information such as IP address, browser details, and request logs to deliver and protect the website. The contact form application no longer adds an IP address or browser user-agent to new enquiry records. Older enquiry records submitted before November 5, 2026 may contain those details; they are subject to the retention and erasure practices described below.
Consent and your choices
The contact form shows a short notice and asks for your affirmative consent before it can be submitted. You may choose not to provide details; in that case, use the public contact information below to reach us instead. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing contact@twigsoftwares.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and we may retain information where a legal obligation or claim requires it.
Who receives information
Enquiry details are available to authorised Twig personnel and may be processed by providers who host the website, deliver email notifications, or support its operation. The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in India. The website also loads Google Fonts, Font Awesome assets through cdnjs/Cloudflare, and a Linqcampus chat widget. When your browser requests these third-party resources, those providers may receive technical connection data such as your IP address and browser information. Social media sites receive information when you choose to follow an outbound link. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Processing or access outside India may occur depending on a provider's systems and is subject to applicable law.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship, meet legal requirements, or establish and defend claims. We review records and erase or de-identify them when they are no longer needed, unless law requires retention. Security logs are retained separately under operational and legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, though no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights and grievances
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us for a summary of your personal data and processing, request correction, completion, or updating, request erasure, withdraw consent, raise a grievance, or nominate another person to exercise your rights. Email contact@twigsoftwares.com with the subject “Privacy request” and enough information for us to locate your enquiry. We will respond within the applicable period, which will not exceed 90 days for a grievance where the DPDP Rules' grievance timeline applies. If you are not satisfied after raising the matter with us, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India through its applicable process.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses essential browser storage/cookies needed for website security and form protection. Third-party resources listed above may use their own technologies under their own policies.
